Position Overview:

As a Marine Engine Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell marine engines to customers in the marine industry. You will actively seek out new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and provide excellent customer service. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while promoting the company's products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities


1. Sales Generation:

• Identify and target potential customers in the marine industry, including Boat owners, Boatyards, and Dealerships.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends.

• Present and demonstrate marine engine products to potential customers.

•Maintain a deep understanding of the company's marine engine products, features, and benefits.


2. Relationship Building:

•Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

•Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing product knowledge and technical expertise.

•Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns.

•Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.


3. Market Analysis and Reporting:

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

• Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, customer preferences, and product opportunities.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marine industry or related fields (1 Year Required).

• Deep understanding of marine engines, their applications, and technical specifications.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Willingness to travel frequently to meet customers and attend industry events.

 

Note:

Salary Range: 15,000 (Base), Additional incentive bonus will be provided for every sale you make (3000 - 5000 / Sale).

Marine Diesel Engine Technician

Position Overview:
As a Marine Diesel Engine Technician, your primary responsibility will be to diagnose, repair, and maintain marine engines and related components. You will work on various types of fishing vessels, ensuring the proper functioning and performance of marine diesel engines. Your expertise in engine systems and troubleshooting will be crucial in providing efficient and reliable services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engine Diagnosis and Repair:

  • Perform diagnostic tests to identify issues with marine diesel engines and related systems.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of engine components, including fuel systems, cooling systems, electrical systems, and exhaust systems.
  • Troubleshoot engine problems and determine the root causes of malfunctions.
  • Repair or replace faulty parts, such as injectors, pumps, valves, pistons, and gaskets.
  • Overhaul and rebuild engines as necessary, following manufacturer's guidelines and specifications.

2. Maintenance and Service:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on marine diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid level checks.
  • Clean and lubricate engine components to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adjust engine settings, such as valve clearances and timing, to maintain proper operation.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance procedures to prevent breakdowns and extend engine lifespan.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.


3. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Create detailed reports on engine diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance performed.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each engine and vessel serviced.
  • Provide recommendations to customers regarding necessary repairs, maintenance schedules, and upgrades.


4. Compliance and Safety:

  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on marine vessels and engines.
  • Follow industry regulations and standards for marine engine maintenance and repair.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and proper disposal of hazardous materials.


5. Customer Service:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand engine issues and provide updates on repair progress.
  • Offer technical advice and recommendations to customers regarding engine maintenance and performance improvements.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in marine engine technology is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a diesel engine technician or a similar role (1 Year Required).
  • In-depth knowledge of diesel engines, their components, and operation.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools, engine analyzers, and service manuals.
  • Familiarity with marine engine manufacturer's guidelines and specifications.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to work in tight spaces and challenging conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours and be available for emergency repairs.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and environmental practices.


Note:
Salary Range: 15,000 - 17,500.
